v319 Attack Speed Introduction

-This update brings a reworking of the attack skill. Weapons now have different attack speeds. You will also now notice that enemies attack on a separate timer when in melee combat. Enemies will also now attack you when you have been standing near them too long, always be prepared.

-Most of the enemies Health indicators have been readjusted

-Inside of Treasure Scrolls you will now find the Ninth Era Axe
